Having secured Approved Contractor Status with South Northants Homes in February, we have been successful in winning a number of contracts for damp proofing and structural repair works to various properties on behalf of South Northants Council.
Thanks to the dedicated hard work of our operatives last year on the Regeneration Project at John Kennedy House in the London Borough of Southwark, we are pleased to report that Gaskell Refurbishments will be carrying out additional works post-contract at the site this month.
Having completed the demolition and rebuild of 16 Stair Towers at the Four Squares Estate in the London Borough of Southwark, Gaskell Refurbishments has been awarded a further roofing contract at the site. This will involve the complete stripping of existing pitch roofs and parapet walls and the rebuild of those walls. Contract value: £900,000
As a result of the Company’s overall sustained growth over the past year, and the rapid expansion of our Construction division, we are pleased to report that we have this month not only purchased a JCB Telehandler, but also doubled the number of vehicles in our Fleet. Following a charitable donation of a new kitchen for the Village Hall in Potten End, Berkhamsted last year, Gaskell Refurbishments is delighted to be undertaking further small refurbishments works on the building. The Hall serves as the hub of village life and it has been a pleasure working with the Revd Penny Nash and the Churchwardens of Holy Trinity Church to modernise aspects of this vital community facility.
